About DWF Captain Joe:

UPDATE: CAPTAIN JOE IS SOLD 3/29/11 Captain Joe is a very handsome young male out of two llamas that originally come from two of the most prestigious breeding prgrams in the history of llamas, Berry Acres (BAL) and Feathers & Friends Farm (FFF). We witnessed his grandmother, Hola Lola, being sold at auction for $100,000 at the FFF dispersal sale in Colorado a few years ago. Joe's fawn colored fiber is super silky just like his mother and he carries himself proud like his sire, Epic. He is very friendly and would be a great llama for show, companionship, and eventually a herdsire when grown. Captain Joe is owned by Randy & Amy Weaver of Dream Weaver Farm. They have purchased some beautiful llamas straight out of the heart of the Walnut Ridge breeding program and Captain Joe is a great example of bringing his mother, Lola Pi, back to Walnut Ridge to breed to our senior herdsire, BAL Epic. Please email us at Walnut Ridge or call Randy or Amy at 423-620-8365 for additional information.

Safe Buying Tips

NEVER pay for an animal by instant cash transfer, such as Western Union or Moneygram.
ALWAYS know what you are buying. Visual inspection and background knowledge of the animal is ideal. Do not be afraid to ask many questions!
GET a copy of the animal's registration information, if applicable, and verify that it is a legitimate document through the corresponding registry.
BEWARE of fraudsters who send fake email messages claiming to represent escrow services through Lama Market. Lama Market will NEVER be involved in your transaction.
